Inside New York City’s Best New Cannabis Event: Hall of Flowers Trade Show

Come us with us to the best industry insider cannabis event - Hall of Flowers comes to New York!

We were so excited when we found out that our all-time favorite cannabis trade show, Hall of Flowers, was coming to our hometown of NYC on October 8-9, 2025. The East Coast debut of one of America’s premier cannabis trade shows was not to be missed. Where would it be located? What would the vibe be? Who would be there?

We’ve followed the unique and extravagant cannabis event that is Hall of Flowers out West for years. Our trips to Santa Rosa and Palm Springs were so fantastic that our expectations were higher than we are at 4:20pm on a Friday.

The great thing about HOF is that it's a trade show that doesn’t feel like a trade show. Coolness reigns over the corporate staleness of most tradeshows, everything always seems to run smoothly and there’s just a fun, vibrant, signature HOF energy.

We hopped on the train and headed to Pier 36 in Lower Manhattan to pick up our press passes. From the moment we stepped in, the space vibrated with possibility: licensed retailers, brands, industry pros. No random onlookers, no fluff. Just serious cannabis insiders, serious business, and yes, serious fun.

Rows of booths with brands, both familiar and new to us, lined the giant room. Pier 36 is located on the water overlooking the East River and we love how they set up a cute smoking section outdoors. Picture postcard views of Brooklyn and the Williamsburg Bridge and people outside enjoying the sun, conversation and joints.

Some of our favorite products represented at the show include:

Stone Road Pre-Rolls

Stone Road has long been a favorite of ours because their smoke is beautiful, they are inclusive and to be frank their packaging is unmatched!

We got to meet Sabrina Wheeler, the brand’s COO, in person which was a thrill for us since we interviewed her just last year to ask about Stone Road’s success in the cannabis space. You can read the full article here.

Electraleaf Small Batch Cannabis

We love a New York brand that understands the culture that is NYC and Electraleaf offers premium cannabis flower that we love. They know the market and have made meaningful partnerships with cannabis influencers that we love, like @kayejayecee. There is influence that you just can’t buy here and we stan a cannabis grower who gets that.

Garden Society’s Garden Gummies

Garden Society has excellent flavor profiles, knowledgeable reps and an approachable look that we gravitated toward instantly! After learning they are a women owned edible and flower brand, it all made sense. Annette loved their peach flavored gummies and Jenny was a fan of the tart cherry. If you see them in a dispensary we highly recommend picking some up!

Camino’s new cannabis infused fruit chews

One of our all time favorite brands has expanded their already legendary cannabis edible line to include fruit chews. They are chewy, yummy and dosed to perfection at 10 MGs each. We love that they are soft enough to cut into which makes personalizing your dosage easy and efficient. And like all Camino products they all taste delicious, we had so many of the unmedicated samples because we couldn’t stop eating them! Everywhere we turned, someone was handing us unmedicated gummies to try. We caught up with familiar faces from past HOFs. The conversations were equal parts business strategy and creative exchange, with plenty of laughter in between. With everything operating in a digital realm, in person events and face time is so important in the industry. You walked around and just knew that deals were being made and new connections were flourishing.

So how did it measure up to past HOF shows out west? While we were still impressed with the show’s NYC debut, it was definitely a more intimate, industry insider event. We did miss some design elements, speaker events and interactive experiences from past shows. To be fair, we were a little spoiled from the Santa Rosa show where HOF put on a full on giant carnival experience with Sonoma Farms curating a custom farm to table menu and luxurious bean bag chairs spread out for everyone to relax.

However, this is New York. We get down to business here and Hall of Flowers captured that fast paced vibrant energy. There is so much creative potential for Hall of Flower’s future in the NYC cannabis space. We see high potential and can’t wait to see their growth! You can learn more about the event from our latest IG reel.
